想吃排骨湯,可想吃清淡點的排骨湯。
福至心靈,想到不如就利用手邊即有的食材來煮排骨湯。所以除了排骨、海帶及薑片外,就只放一些家常中藥材。沒想到竟是感動的好喝。
薑絲蓋過中藥的味道,但又與海帶和諧的共處。而排骨少許的油脂又恰如其份的減去海帶的澀味。
餐後一杯檸檬汁,更是景上添花。幸福感油然而生。
