A Victory?

A piece of news on the Guardian is that The Spanish prime minister, Mariano Rajoy, has claimed that the €100bn bailout of his country's banks is a victory for Spain, the euro and Europe.

I cannot agree with this. All of them are losers. Financial situation in Spain has lost control, so they call for a bailout. Of course, people in Spain is suffering. None of people in the euro and Europe has been able to deal with Eurozone Crisis thoroughly for the beginning.

So far, no one knows how long the crisis will be last. Unless the bailout can end the crisis, who dare to say he is a victor?
